Booking for a colleague or client
Provide the organiser’s details and the travelling passenger’s contact number. Include the full collection and destination addresses, any arrival deadline and the name or department the passenger needs to reach. This helps make the handover between organiser, driver and traveller clear.
More than one meeting
For a multi-stop day, send the whole itinerary: office locations, scheduled meeting times and your preferred final destination. Any waiting time, additional stops or return collection should be included in the quote request rather than left until the day.

Business journeys often begin away from the office. Ask about collection from an airport, Peterborough station or a hotel, with the relevant flight or train details. For London meetings, share the exact venue and any access instructions from your host.
